Merle Diamond, MD, a headache medicine specialist at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for patients living with migraine and other headache disorders. Alexander Feoktistov, MD, an internal medicine physician and headache specialist at Endeavor Health, focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of complex headache and facial pain disorders. Board-certified in headache medicine and pain medicine, he cares for people with chronic migraine, cluster headache, trigeminal neuralgia and other neurologically driven pain conditions. Dr. Feoktistov brings extensive clinical, academic and procedural experience, including advanced nerve blocks, neuromodulation and migraine-targeted therapies. His background spans international training, research and leadership in interventional headache care.
