Merle Diamond, MD, a headache medicine specialist at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for patients living with migraine and other headache disorders. She earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed her residency in internal and emergency medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Board certified in internal medicine and specially trained in headache medicine, Dr. Diamond has contributed to more than 70 scientific publications and co-authored several headache textbooks, advancing clinical understanding and patient care.

George Nissan, DO, a headache medicine specialist at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for patients living with chronic and complex headache disorders. He earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at Methodist Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Board certified in internal medicine and specially trained in headache medicine, Dr. Nissan has focused on inpatient and outpatient headache care since 2003 and serves as Co-Director of the Endeavor Health Diamond Headache & Migraine Center.

Alexander Feoktistov, MD, an internal medicine physician and headache specialist at Endeavor Health, focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of complex headache and facial pain disorders. Board-certified in headache medicine and pain medicine, he cares for people with chronic migraine, cluster headache, trigeminal neuralgia and other neurologically driven pain conditions. Dr. Feoktistov brings extensive clinical, academic and procedural experience, including advanced nerve blocks, neuromodulation and migraine-targeted therapies. His background spans international training, research and leadership in interventional headache care.
