CLINICAL CAREER PATHWAY
Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program

The Medical Assistant (MA) Apprenticeship Program is a paid, benefits-eligible opportunity for team members and select external candidates. The 16-week program combines classroom instruction and supervised training at Endeavor Health outpatient locations, with up to 40 hours per week of paid learning. Graduates transition into a Medical Assistant role at Endeavor Health with a required nine-month commitment.

Apply by March 27, 2026, for our Summer 2026 cohort. The program begins April 27, 2026. Applications for external candidates may close early if capacity is reached.

The nursing residency and transition to practice programs support new nurse graduates and early-career nurses build confidence and thrive in the clinical setting.
