If we could clone their procedures no one could EVER complain about health care. Triage is handled flawlessly and it is very reassuring to begin a visit with a familiar face. Central triage system would undo that vital first contact and eliminate that sense of being known.

I've been going to dr Tran for years, and he is a great thorough Dr. Hes straight forward, doesn't push things not needed but keeps me on track at 63. Can't say enough about him, and glad he's still with the establishment I prefer. I'd give him a 25 out of 10, which tells you he's great worth as a doctor.

My Chart showed that Dr. Tran did not have any availability for about 10 days. I had a pretty bad fall while I was In Raleigh and was treated for a bruised (or hairline fracture) rib and directed to see my PCP when I returned home. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly.

I moved to the Naperville area 7 months ago. One day I met an er doctor and I asked him who was the best family doctor in the area and he recommended Dr. Tran. Once I was able to be seen by Dr. Tran I was not let done by the recommendation. Dr. Tran has to be the best doctor I have ever been to. It wasn't just his medical knowledge but I felt he truly cared and was concerned about some issues I was having.
