This doctor is very caring understandable and takes her time with the patient. She just don't give you a slap on the wrist and send you home. She talks to you ask about your concerns. I think she is excellent.

Dr. Semkiu is different from other providers I've seen in that she really takes the time to listen to everything going on and provides preventative health recommendations. I don't feel rushed and she answers all my questions.

Introduced herself to start off. Very pleasant and listened to what I had to say. I loved the eye contact. It felt like a 1:1 conversation. I felt I could open up and ask any question. She was very thorough and explained things very well. These days with technology the Md or NP are focused more on typing and looking at the lap top screen. I don't thing they realize as a patient it is noticed. I felt heard and seen . Not once did the visit feel rushed. It was a good experience. I'm happy to have as my new PCP.
