Dr. Seitz was very professional and fully explained the procedure and what follow up would be. I liked her explanations which were clear and to the point. She also showed examples of previous work to show what the steps were in treating the melanoma and they were encouraging.

This was such a positive experience overall. Dr. Seitz was amazing from start to finish, as were the nurses and staff. I felt like I got honest feedback from her before surgery was scheduled and everything turned out wonderful. She was recommended by the ENT I saw first.

I was getting Kenalog for a scar which is supposed to be administered every 6 to 8 weeks. My appointments with Dr. Seitz were canceled and rescheduled three times. This Resulted in two treatments being worthless since they were applied too far apart. This time she told me that I would need to start the regiment over and that they would note that my appointments couldn't be rescheduled. Hope this works. Doctor Seitz is very personable, but I have had problems with appointments getting canceled and rescheduled
