This is exceptional medical team. They kept me alive with stage 4 cancer while I saw Four other people pass on with a stage 3 or 4 diagnosis at different hospitals. They passed ahead of me. I realize everybody does their best and it's like a crap shoot after that, but if they weren't doing really good, I wouldn't be here

I arrived early and was seen early to my surprise. Dr. Cilley understood the importance of the issues that I came in with and was able to immediately get an infusion set up within the hour. Within 2 hours I had not only seen him but also had 2 infusions. I've been seeing him for years and would not see another hematologist.

Our experience with Dr. Cilley and his staff was excellent. We were taken to the consultation room in a timely manner. The nurse (whose name I unfortunately fail to remember) was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Cilley was also very pleasant and on this, our first visit, he had already reviewed the test results and was fully prepared to discuss my situation. He laid out succinctly the alternatives available and helped guide us to what I hope will be a satisfactory resolution of my situation.

Dr. Cilley has, from the first meeting, been the doctor who treats me as if he hears me, sees me, understands me, sees my treatment from my perspective, respects my treatment choices, gives the most honest, selfless medical advice, not just from his perspective, but also from my perspective, does not treat me as if I am a commodity, he seems to treat me the way he would want to be treated. The staff are always so nice and accommodating. My appointment was at 2pm, since I had a 9:30am mammogram I went to see if I could be seen earlier. The staff made sure they accommodated me after a wait and saw me early. My provider also saw me early and for that I am grateful.
