Dr. Raviv was very kind and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He was also careful not to do an unnecessary procedure, but he let me know that if what he did, did not work, I could message him and come back for an appointment. He acknowledged that it is hard to get an appointment with him, but said he would make it work. He did a great job and I hope he will be my new ENT doctor for any of my future needs.
