He explained to me the new app that transcribes our conversation, and I agreed to it. In hindsight I wish I hadn't because he spoke in mostly medical terms which he's never done in the past. It felt like he was speaking AT me for the sake of the app, rather than having a conversation WITH me. I felt I had to ask more questions to get the info I needed when usually in the past, he would provide it. Not a fan of the app and I will not be consenting to it again.
