Staff was great, Doctor was very short with me, didn't listen to my concerns, did the minimum to get me out the door. Was going to ask him to check my ears and throat but did not feel he had the time for that. My PCP suggested I see ENT for what appeared to be an ulcer in my right nostril, Dr said was an infection and prescribed meds, and over the counter for my dryness. When I asked him to look at the outside of my nose for any concern bumps he barley glanced and it was fine and left.

I literally came out of my audiology test, and he picked up my results and walked straight into my room. He had no idea I had been in for previous tests. He didn't seem at all familiar with my patient history, and it seemed like he was just guessing what could cause my symptoms without seeking a full picture before jumping to conclusions.

I made the appt stating the main reason was constant ringing in my ears but also ongoing constant sinus and film on the back of my throat. Get there and only seen for the ringing in my ears and why I tried to discuss the sinus and film Dr. Miller was pretty much dismissive and out the door. I made it to be seen for all issues and just one issue and now would need to come back for another copay. Not to mention I initially made it for.another doctor but since she is retiring soon I was automatically but with him. Just felt it was a rushes appt.

I think he was very knowledgeable and helpful but just didn't know how to end the visit. Instead, he just disappeared. He should have said something like, "okay, I'm going to have the nurse come back and give you some additional Information. Contact me If you have any questions." Likewise, the nurse could have said something like, "Here's what the doctor wanted me to give you. Let us know If you have any questions." Just a little communication at the end is all that is needed to get a much better rating.

Well, iba have to say all the staff were super nice specially the nurse , then the doctor I would say nice but not as much as the nurse, maybe being professional I guess but I've seen better doctors, the appointment was like less than 10 mins and he said he cleaned my ear properly, I will see this when I get to travel again.
