Being diagnosed with breast cancer shake you to your core, however Dr Lapkus was able to reassure me with bet approach and knowledge, explaining everything so thoroughly and drawing pictures, I really couldn't think of any questions to ask she is fabulous and her entire team is equally amazing, the response time either on phone or my chart is superb today is exactly 30 day since diagnosis, and I have had 2 surgeries, numerous scans and appointments, it's truly been a breeze . The level of care and expertise is unmatched. Thank you Thank you.

It was my first time seeing her, and while she was informative, I didn't feel fully confident in the experience. It didn't seem like my chart had been thoroughly reviewed prior to the consultation, which made me feel overlooked. She was also quick to suggest starting medication without requesting updated tests, which didn't sit well with me.She didn't ask many questions or make an effort to build rapport, and that's been my consistent experience with this medical group. I value feeling both comfortable and confident with my provider, and unfortunately, I didn't get that here. She was friendly and professional. As a woman, I expected a bit more understanding and connection from a woman-to-woman interaction, so that was especially disappointing.I'm still undecided if I'll continue care under Dr. Lapkus. Nothing was done wrong-it's simply that human connection and level of comfort I personally prefer when it comes to medical care.I will say, the administrative team and medical support staff were excellent. They were attentive, professional, and did a great job within their roles.
