About Susan Hudec, MD
Susan Hudec, MD, an endocrinologist and director of diabetes services at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for patients managing diabetes and other endocrine conditions. She values a team-based approach that includes physicians, dietitians and educators to support each patient’s daily routine and long-term health. Dr. Hudec is especially excited about new medications and technologies that are transforming diabetes care.
My endeavor
My endeavor is to improve the health of our diabetic population overall by access to medications, better access to dietitians and continue to work as a team to help improve their health through diet and exercise.
Care philosophy
My philosophy is that endocrinology is a team approach. Diabetes touches so many parts of a patient’s life—it’s not just the physician, but also the nutritionist, educator and most importantly, the patient. When we all work together, we can make meaningful, lasting changes.

I've been seeing Dr. Hudec for a number of years. I have always found her to be very kind and attentive during our appointment. She generally runs on time and yesterday my appointment was at 4, I was in a room by 3:50 and she saw me quickly after that. She and her staff are also very responsive to messages sent through the portal.
