Our primary care physicians* have access to advanced genetic screenings, using your own DNA to identify risk factors and detect diseases at their earliest, most treatable stages. Genetic and wellness assessments

Advanced primary care includes a genetic and wellness assessment (GWA) or a breast health assessment (BHA) — a short health review of your family history and other risk factors to determine whether genetic testing might be helpful in navigating your healthcare decisions. As an advanced primary care patient, you’ll receive a GWA or BHA to complete prior to your annual physical or mammography appointment. These assessments empower our team to build a health strategy tailored specifically to you.
