Our goal at Endeavor Health is to foster excellent learning experiences for students. Each year, Endeavor Health hosts more than 3,300 nursing students. Important deadlines
To ensure timely processing, submit clinical rotation requests by the following deadlines:
- Fall/winter rotations: March 1
- Spring/summer rotations: August 1
School coordinators
Endeavor Health has adopted My Clinical Exchange (mCE), a web-based automated tool designed to enhance our student clinical placement program. This platform will help mitigate risks, streamline processes, optimize costs, and improve productivity, accuracy, and quality.
All clinical rotation/practicum requests should be submitted via My Clinical Exchange
- Current myClinicalExchange Users:
Ensure that the compliance requirements for Endeavor Health are included in your school’s checklist. To confirm, contact Customer Service at mcesupport [at] healthstream.com (mcesupport[at]healthstream[dot]com) and request a “Checklist Alignment”.
- New to myClinicalExchange:
- Reach out to mCE to request the Basic Setup Form (BSF) and send it to mcesupport [at] healthstream.com (mcesupport[at]healthstream[dot]com) as soon as possible.
- Academic Coordinators submitting requests must create accounts via the BSF instead of using the instructor registration link.
- School coordinators requesting additional training on the myCE process can view General Training Recording Link
Individual student requests

Verify with your school if you should be registering/paying or if your school is registering/paying on your behalf. Your school will provide you with directions for registration if they cover the cost of My Clinical Exchange.
If student is responsible for setting up MyCE account:
- Visit My Clinical Exchange
- In the upper right corner of the homepage, click Registration and select Students from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the New Registration option.
Pre-licensed (undergraduate)
An agreement between Endeavor Health and the school has to be fully executed before any student may begin a rotation.
All students/instructors, including current Endeavor employees, are required to submit proof of the following vaccine requirements 30 days prior to clinical start. This is required for each subsequent rotation at Endeavor Health. Please be prepared to submit electronic copies of the following vaccines through our portal prior to your clinical rotation:
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Vaccine x2 Record/ Or Immunity Documentation through a Titer
- Varicella (Chicken Pox) Vaccine x2 Record/ Or Immunity Documentation through a Titer
- Tdap Vaccine within the past 10 years.
- Hepatitis B vaccine (not required, but strongly encouraged)
- Update Seasonal Influenza Vaccine (required from Oct 1-March 31 each year)
Updated COVID-19 vaccine (not required, but strongly encouraged)
- Copy of TB Test:
- You’re currently employed or completing a consecutive clinical rotation at Endeavor Health: TB QuantiFERON blood test within the past 12 months
- You are a new student rotating with Endeavor Health: TB QuantiFERON blood test within the past 90 days OR History of a two-step TB skin test sometime within your life AND a one-step TB skin test within the past 90 days.
