Dr DeSantis was very well-prepared for our appointment. I immediately felt at ease with her presence, as she is very down-to-earth, yet extremely knowledgeable. She not only explained the results of my genetic panels, but allowed adequate time for me to ask questions, which were answered using terminology that I understood. She was also very pro-active in my "next steps", making sure I understood her recommendations. She also indicated that I should submit any follow-up questions, if they occurred at a later date. It was enlightening session.
