This is a very patient doctor who takes time to discuss concerns and answer all your questions. She reviews test results and explains their significance. She makes recommendations on next steps but also listens to your wishes as the patient so It feels more like a partnership.

Dr Schneider was mildly apologetic about the 35 minutes wait I had just sat through (explained in next section) but It was obvious to me that she didn't feel I should have been as upset as I was. I'm sure It never occurred to her that a simple update by one of her staff was ever warranted.
