A multidisciplinary approach to spine care

Our team includes fellowship-trained specialists in neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery, pain management, physiatry and sports medicine, collaborating to provide compassionate, personalized care. Whether you need conservative treatment or advanced spine surgery, we develop a plan tailored to your condition.

Offer surgical options for the treatment of spinal cord conditions, nerve compression, intradural spinal cord conditions and disorders inside the spinal membrane (dura), including tumors and malformations, spinal deformities, scoliosis, degenerative disc disorders and complex spinal reconstructions, herniated discs, spinal fractures, and tumors of the spinal column.

Provide surgical options for the treatment of nerve compression, spinal stenosis, herniated discs, degenerative disc disorders, spinal deformities, scoliosis, and complex spinal reconstructions, spinal fractures, and tumors of the spinal column.

Provide nonoperative options such as injections, nerve blocks and minimally invasive procedures, including SCS spinal cord stimulator, percutaneous image guided lumbar decompression, restorative neuro stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation and other treatments for chronic pain.

Offer nonoperative, customized solutions to help you  recover and manage pain. As  rehabilitation specialists, physiatrists offer goal-oriented treatment plans focused on helping you return to your optimal, functional state with pain management procedures, medications, regenerative methods such as PRP, and goal-oriented diagnosis specific therapy.

Use a combination of nonsurgical options, such as physical therapy and medications to help relieve pain, and minimally invasive treatments, including ultrasound guided injections, PRP and other regenerative approaches, as part of an individually focused treatment plan.
