Endeavor Health has partnered with Little Friends in Warrenville to enhance its workforce development services through Endeavor Health’s Community Investment Fund (CIF).

Little Friends serves people with a variety of intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing activities and support to enhance quality of life and encourage them to become more independent.

“Connecting Adults with Communities, our CAC program, was developed to bridge the gap within our community and competitive, integrative employment for neurodiverse young adults,” said Cassidy Kaput, program director for Connecting Adults with Communities at Little Friends. “So we’re looking for, not just jobs for our guys, but careers where they could have upward mobility and growth.”

The partnership with Endeavor Health has helped support expansion of existing programs, fund renovations and assist the launch of a new job training program.

“What we were able to do is to use those investments not only to open up some new programming, but it’s also enabled us to expand and improve this physical space that we have,” said Mike Briggs, president and CEO of Little Friends.
