Greater Family Health provides primary care, lab services and behavioral health counseling, and helps patients with prescription costs.
“We have a really diverse patient population. We’re seeing a lot of newly immigrated families, so they’re able to come here with their kids,” said Sarah Rajki, BSN, MS, CPNP, a pediatric nurse practitioner at Greater Family Health. “We have bilingual staff as well as translation services, so we’re able to communicate effectively with them as well.”
“It’s about building that relationship with the patient, about the trust, so mom can choose to make us her family’s medical home, that’s what we’re really trying to do,” said Bob Tanner, president of Greater Family Health.
The investment from Endeavor Health helps support Greater Family Health’s Franklin Park location, which opened in 2022, including a new pediatric practice.
“We built this out of our own resources, but the Community Investment Fund was an incredible boost for us because it gave us a base to operate for three years,” Tanner said. “This will certainly have a big impact on the success of this location and our ability to help people from the larger Franklin Park area.”
