Fitness programs

There’s something for everyone on our class schedule — from high-energy strength and cardio to yoga, Zumba and mobility work. Most classes are free with membership, and all are led by friendly, certified instructors.

Stay active from home with our online classes. You can stream on-demand with instructors you know and trust. It’s a great option when life gets busy or if you just prefer to work out in your living room.

Looking for a little more support? Work with a certified personal trainer in a one-on-one, duet, or in a small group setting. Whether your focus is strength, balance, recovery or consistency, we’ll help you build a plan that fits. Strengthen your core, improve posture and move with more ease. Our Pilates Reformer sessions use specialized equipment to help you build stability and flexibility, whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular in the studio. Try something new — or come back to a sport you already love. Pickleball combines movement, fun and community, and it’s a great way to stay active without putting too much stress on your joints. Aquatic programs

Our aquatics programs are a great way to stay active, ease joint pain and build strength — without the impact. We offer swim lessons for kids and adults, water fitness classes and therapeutic options for all ability levels.

Classes include Aqua Arthritis, Aqua Mix, Aqua ZEN and Aqua for MS. Our youth swim programs help build confidence and safety in the water, while adult classes support long-term strength and stamina.

WIN helps you make real lifestyle changes through a combination of personal fitness coaching and nutrition support. It's designed to keep you moving — and motivated — long after the program ends.

This whole-body wellness program blends fitness, education and healthy habits. Achieve is great for those looking to build energy, improve longevity or manage chronic health concerns with support.

This guided program is built for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Using PWR! techniques, participants focus on strength, balance, mobility and movement in a supportive group setting.

Phase 4 is for people who’ve completed cardiac rehab but want to stay on track. It’s structured, supervised exercise in a space that understands heart health — and supports it.

This physician-referred program supports people looking to improve their overall fitness, better manage chronic conditions, or coming back from surgery or illness. It’s personalized, structured and designed to meet you where you are.
