Fitness
Our nationally certified personal trainers provide safe, individualized fitness programs and exercise guidance that align with your health and wellness goals. Whether just starting out, recovering from surgery or injury, preparing for an event or adjusting to a myriad of life challenges and changes, personal training offers a more tailored approach to improving cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, mobility and neuromotor skills while prioritizing effectiveness, progress and long-term wellness.

Our certified Pilates and yoga trainers will help you improve your range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and core strength utilizing our Reformer machine and a variety of Pilates equipment & tools. Individual, partner and small group training options are available.

Stay social and active with one of our most popular recreational options. Our indoor pickleball courts are available for casual matches and organized play.

Aquatic programs
Adult aquatic programs offer low-impact classes that support joint health, mobility, and overall wellness. Options include Water Arthritis, Aqua Functional Fitness, and specialized classes for fibromyalgia, low back pain. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
We also offer adult learn-to-swim group classes and aqua personal training for fitness, rehab, and swim instruction.

Waves Adult Swim, part of U.S. Masters Swimming, is a program for adults 18+. With 20 practices weekly at Endeavor Health Fitness and Wellness Center and occasional off-site sessions around Chicago. Workouts focus on technique, distance, sprinting, or a mix, grouped by ability: beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Hydrokids
HydroKids is a 60-minute swim program designed for children of all skill levels. With six progressive levels, kids build confidence and master proper swimming techniques in a fun, supportive environment.

Private lessons
Private swim lessons offer personalized instruction tailored to each child’s skill level. Ideal for all ages, these 30 or 60-minute sessions focus on building confidence, improving technique, and progressing at a pace that’s right for them.

The Medical Fitness Program at Endeavor Health Fitness & Wellness Center in Woodridge supports individuals new to fitness and those navigating health issues, medical conditions or chronic diseases. Our safe and effective exercise strategies, guided by our degreed and nationally accredited fitness staff, can help pave the way to living your healthiest life. Upon physician referral, your individualized assessment and exercise plan will get you on your way to reducing health risks and easing symptoms or just moving more and feeling better.

Specialty programs
Parkinson’s exercise
Our Parkinson’s fitness classes are designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, and brain activity through movement. From non-contact boxing to cycling and functional circuits, these classes help manage symptoms and support daily living, all led by certified Parkinson’s exercise specialist Angie Ruggiero.
Stroke survivors
Exercise After Stroke uses stretches, exercises, and education to improve mobility, strength, balance, and arm function. These help you move better, reduce fall risk, and make daily tasks easier.
Arthritis exercise
Our Arthritis Management land class teaches you how to stay active, reduce and control your pain and move more easily. Learn how to deal with challenges like pain that keeps you from staying active and what might cause your flare-ups.
Exercise with cancer
Gentle, supportive classes to maintain strength, boost energy, and enhance well-being during and after cancer treatment.
Exercise with diabetes
Targeted exercises to help manage blood sugar, improve cardiovascular health, and increase overall fitness.
Osteoporosis exercise
Weight-bearing and balance exercises aimed at strengthening bones and reducing fracture risk.

Bone, joint and spine
- Low back/arthritis: Discover strategies to prevent back pain, including dynamic trunk stabilization, strengthening techniques, and relaxation methods in our warm water therapy pool.
- Sticks, Stones, & Healthy Bones: This low impact program is designed to help increase strength, bone mass density, and improve posture.
Mobility training
- Yoga/chair yoga: Develop outer and inner strength through poses, alignment and breath. Each teacher brings their unique style and experience to the class. Most commonly taught is Vinyasa or Iyengar based styles.
- Stretch & Tone: Increase flexibility, strength, and balance with a variety of exercises in our warm water therapy pool.
Falls prevention
- Balance Express: A class designed to keep us upright and steady.
- Mat Pilates with Balance: This class introduces Pilates on the mat exercises that will improve posture, balance, body awareness and core strength with an added balance portion.

Pelvic floor exercise
- Barre Toning & The Pelvic Floor: A low impact, high-rep workout designed to tone muscles including exercises to help with urinary incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and diastasis recti.
Perimenopause exercise
- Peri(menopause) with Mary: Understand how perimenopause affects your body and learn ways to manage symptoms with nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes. Strength training tips support hormone balance, bone health, and overall wellness.
Pre/postnatal
- Pre/Post Natal Strength & Stretch: Prepare for delivery or build strength and stability with this class focused on core and functional training using Pilates and weights followed by a stretching segment.

Babysitting
Childcare is available for children ages 6 months to 11 years for up to 2 hours while you enjoy the fitness center.
Birthday parties
Celebrate your child’s birthday with fun and excitement! Choose our Adventure Center or Kids Zone for an unforgettable party filled with play, games, and adventure.
Kids camp (2-11)
Our kids camp drop-off programs for ages 2–11 include daycare and preschool options, offering a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Kids enjoy various activities that promote learning, play, and social growth while giving parents flexible care options.
