Dave Rahija serves as President of Endeavor Health Northwest Community Hospital (NCH) and also serves as the Endeavor Health Neurosciences Institute and Surgical Services Executive. His over 25 years of healthcare industry experience includes administration, operations, acute and post-acute care delivery and a demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and diversity.

Rahija joined the organization in 2009 as part of NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) serving as Vice President and Senior Vice President of Glenbrook Hospital and then launching the Orthopaedic and Spine Institute while President of Endeavor Health Skokie Hospital before his current role as President of Endeavor Health Medical Group Operations. Rahija led the 2019 transformation of Skokie Hospital into a nationally ranked orthopaedic hospital and Illinois’ only specialty hospital for orthopaedic and spine patients. More recently, Rahija was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the system Endeavor Health Medical Group as President of operations, overseeing more than 300 care sites and a team comprising of over 2,500 physicians and advanced practice providers. He played a crucial role in the strategy and clinical operations across the system's Medical Group Institutes and Clinical Service Lines.

Prior to joining Endeavor Health NorthShore, Rahija held leadership roles at Sinai Health System and Sherman Health, beginning his career as a physical therapist and then expanding to include progressive leadership responsibility for operations, clinical service lines, quality improvement, patient and team member engagement, regulatory compliance and strategic growth.

Rahija is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a member of the Saint Louis University School of Medicine Dean’s Advisory Board and volunteers for various community organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Saint Louis University. He also earned an MBA with a concentration in healthcare management from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. 

Rahija grew up in the Northwest Community Hospital service area and is dedicated to the health and vitality of the Chicagoland community. He is a proud husband and father to two sons. Performing and listening to music is a big part of Rahija’s household, and he believes the arts, sports and community involvement are key to healthy people and communities.

Yvette Saba serves as President of Endeavor Health Edward Hospital and System Executive for the Endeavor Health Cardiovascular Institute.

Since joining the organization in 1999 at Edward Hospital, she has advanced through key executive roles including System Vice President of Operations and Associate Vice President of Clinical Operations for Edward-Elmhurst Health. Additionally, she has led numerous service lines including cardiovascular, women’s and children’s, and emergency services, along with key hospital support departments like laboratory and employee/occupational health services.

Saba is a seasoned nurse executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in both academic and community hospital settings. She is known for driving growth, delivering top-decile quality performance and fostering a culture of clinical excellence and compassionate care. Her career reflects a record of strategic expansion, operational innovation and development of programs that improve outcomes and patient experiences. Under her leadership, Edward Hospital earned recognition from leading organizations including PINC AI’s Top Health Systems and Top Hospitals, Healthgrades, the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Prior to her time at Endeavor Health, Saba served as the Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services at Loyola University Medical Center.

Saba is actively engaged in the community, serving as a board member on the Naperville Development Partnership and as co-chair of the American Heart Association Metro Chicago Heart Challenge Board. She has also served on the American Heart Association Board and Go Red for Women Board for many years.

Saba earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from St. Louis University, a master’s degree in nursing from Rush University and an MBA from Loyola University. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Saba enjoys playing golf with her husband and her two sons and their wives and takes time out of her busy schedule to practice yoga.

Gabrielle Cummings-Johnson serves as President, Endeavor Health Evanston Hospital and as the senior operations executive for Endeavor Health’s NorthShore Hospitals group that includes Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park and Skokie Hospitals and associated clinical service lines. She also leads the Endeavor Health Cancer service line.

Cummings-Johnson joined Endeavor Health as an Administrative Fellow in 2002. Prior to her appointment at Evanston Hospital, she served as President of Highland Park Hospital and in senior leadership roles at both Evanston and Glenbrook Hospitals. 

Throughout her more than 20 years with NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) and Endeavor Health, Cummings-Johnson has demonstrated her passion and talent for building strong connections and fostering collaboration among teams to achieve great things together. To date, this has included supporting NorthShore’s Pathology and Laboratory team in developing the first COVID-19 test in Illinois, developing NorthShore’s Health Equity strategy and playing a key role in the launch of Endeavor Health’s Community Investment Fund, which awards funds annually to local organizations to enhance health, wellbeing, health equity and support economic growth. Cummings-Johnson also served as President of Highland Park Hospital through the tragic July 4, 2022, mass shooting and collaborated with teams and officials locally and nationally to provide care and support to the community.

Before joining Endeavor Health, Cummings-Johnson served as a senior medical services underwriter for St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company. She earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Florida A&M University and a master’s in health administration with a concentration in strategic management from the University of Minnesota, where she remains involved with the Alumni Association and supporting graduate school students in developing their careers. 

Cummings-Johnson is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Leadership Greater Chicago, and recently served on the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Hospital Licensing Board and Lake County Partners Board. She is also a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives, the Economic Club of Chicago and is dedicated to serving as a mentor for young professionals in healthcare.

Born in Atlanta and raised in Dallas, Cummings-Johnson is a Southerner at heart whose parents instilled in her early the importance of pushing for excellence while also remaining curious and humble, spreading joy and connecting with people of all backgrounds. 
Cummings-Johnson currently resides in Chicago. She enjoys traveling the world, spending time with her nieces, and is a huge proponent of meditation, prayer and working out to remain grounded.

Gina Sharp, FACHE, serves as the President of Endeavor Health Linden Oaks Hospital and System Executive of the Behavioral Health service line, which includes 230 inpatient beds, 10 outpatient locations with intensive outpatient programming, counseling and medication assistance, as well as behavioral health integration with medical group practices.  

She began her career at Edward Hospital & Health Services in 1999 in the Finance Division and was promoted to Controller at Linden Oaks in 2004, where she grew her responsibilities from finance to operations and physician practice development. In 2013, she was named CEO of Linden Oaks.

Throughout the last decade, Sharp has played a central role in advocating that mental health is just as vital as physical health. She is steadfast in creating and expanding behavioral health and substance use programs with a constant eye toward high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and the elevated need for behavioral healthcare that followed, she has doubled down on that commitment to access and personal connection — including supporting multiple initiatives to help ensure team members are cared for, too.

Sharp is Past Chairman of the Illinois Hospital Association Governing Council for Behavioral Health, participates in the National Association for Behavioral Healthcare and chairs the Behavioral Health Services within General Healthcare Systems Committee, and is a former member of the American Hospital Association Committee on Behavioral Health. 

Sharp is also a board member of the 708 Board for Lisle Township, serves on the Impact DuPage Committee and participated on the Advisory Board for KidsMatter. She is an advocate for community awareness of behavioral health issues through education and prevention programs like Mental Health First Aid and Signs of Suicide.

Sharp earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Health Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from DePaul University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Sharp enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband of 24 years, three children, her parents and her two dogs. In her spare time, she can be found walking or hiking, traveling, listening to an audiobook or podcast, playing cards or enjoying time on the lake.

Kimberley Darey, MD, MBA, CPE serves as President of Endeavor Health Elmhurst Hospital, leading efforts to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care while advancing hospital operations, workforce initiatives and social impact.

As a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Darey brings a unique blend of clinical and administrative expertise to her position. Since joining Elmhurst Hospital’s medical staff in 2010, she has held a range of leadership roles, including Medical Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Affairs.

Dr. Darey has played a pivotal role in clinical innovation and quality improvement at Elmhurst Hospital. She led initiatives to improve outcomes for mothers and newborns affected by opioids, enhanced recovery after gynecologic surgery, improved outcomes for mothers with preeclampsia and hypertension and safely reduced the overall rate of C-sections. These efforts not only elevated patient outcomes but also contributed to hospital-wide performance in safety, efficiency and culturally sensitive care delivery.

Dr. Darey current serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and is involved with the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

Dr. Darey earned her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and completed her OB-GYN residency at Saint Joseph Hospital Chicago. She earned her MBA at UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management and completed the prestigious McKinsey Black Executive Leadership Program.

Dr. Darey is a proud wife and mother to her son. She finds joy in scrapbooking, providing her not only with a creative outlet but with a space for her memories to be preserved.
