Frequently asked questions

Children and teens may show signs of emotional or behavioral distress in different ways. Look for changes like withdrawal from friends or activities, sudden mood swings, trouble sleeping, declining school performance or frequent physical complaints like headaches or stomach aches. If something feels off, trust your instincts — it’s okay to reach out for help

Start by listening without judgment and offering reassurance that they’re not alone. Encourage them to talk about how they’re feeling and remind them that seeking help is a sign of strength. You can also help them find professional support at Endeavor Health, and make sure you take care of your own wellbeing in the process.

We offer a range of behavioral health services, from counseling to crisis support. In addition, we offer parenting support groups, therapy groups for patients and free mental health resources. Visit our Behavioral Health page to explore care options.
