Whole-person support for lasting healing

Our therapy groups support your whole person, helping you develop strategies alongside your peers to make value-driven actions and strengthen healthy coping skills. Group sessions are therapist-led and focus on specific skills and topics, like mindfulness meditation, social skills, relapse prevention and creative expression.

Adolescent therapy groups

Adolescents 12-17 years old learn creative coping skills to help manage mental health through self-expression. Incorporates expressive arts therapies, including art therapy, music therapy and dance/movement therapy.

Schedule: Every Tuesday, 6:15-7pm

Adult therapy groups

This group aims to create an atmosphere that fosters acceptance, instills hope and promotes growth. Discuss challenges, skill utilization and problem-solving.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 5-6pm or 6:15-7:15pm (virtual - access via MyChart)
  • Wednesday: 4-5pm (in person located at 1335 N. Mill Street, Suite 100 in Naperville)

Group focuses on maintaining mental health and substance use recovery. Goals include cultivating acceptance, instilling hope and promoting growth.

Schedule: Every Monday, 5:15-6:15pm

Details: In person located at 24600 W. 127th Street, Building B Suite 300 in Plainfield

Incorporates somatic experiencing, EMDR and expressive therapies. Provides individuals with tools to reduce associated trauma symptoms and increase bodily regulation.

Schedule: Every Thursday, 5:15-6:15pm

Members will learn and practice creative expression on a weekly basis. Covers mindfulness, grounding, emotional regulation, exploring sense of self, prosocial behavior and present moment attention.

Schedule: Every Tuesday, 6:15-7pm
