We know that early detection saves lives. Many cancers can be treated more successfully when found early, and our goal is to help you take proactive steps through age- and risk-appropriate screenings. We also offer advanced diagnostic testing to confirm or rule out a diagnosis and guide your care moving forward.
Whether you're due for a routine mammogram or need follow-up testing after an abnormal result, our team is here to support you every step of the way.

Screenings
We offer digital and 3D mammography, including advanced breast imaging for women with dense breast tissue. Annual screening is recommended beginning at age 40, or earlier for high-risk patients.
Colonoscopies and stool-based testing help detect polyps early. Exams are generally recommended starting at age 45, with earlier screening for those at higher risk.
Pap smears and HPV testing help detect cervical changes before cancer develops. Screening begins at age 21 and continues through age 65.
Includes a PSA blood test and digital rectal exam (DRE). Annual screening is typically recommended beginning at age 50, or age 45 for high-risk men.
We offer low-dose CT scans (LDCT) for high-risk patients ages 50–80 with a history of smoking. This screening can help to reduce lung cancer mortality by catching cancer early.
Skin checks may be performed during physical exams or with a dermatologist, especially if you have a family history, changing moles or high sun exposure.
We also offer screenings for uterine and testicular cancer, depending on your symptoms and personal risk factors.
Diagnostic tests
Uses X-ray technology to take detailed cross-sectional images of the body. We offer 64- and 320-slice CT and low-dose options.
Produces high-resolution images of soft tissues and internal organs. Open MRI is available for patients with claustrophobia or special needs.
Combines a PET scan’s functional imaging with a CT scan’s anatomical detail — often used to detect spread or monitor treatment response.
A noninvasive scan that uses sound waves to examine internal organs or suspicious areas. Includes transvaginal ultrasound and whole-breast ultrasound for denser tissue.
Minimally invasive procedures to remove a tissue sample for analysis. We offer stereotactic, ultrasound-guided, MRI-guided, surgical and needle localization biopsies.
A noninvasive test that analyzes a blood sample to detect cancer-related genetic material, helping to diagnose, monitor, or guide treatment decisions.
Uses a thin, flexible tube with a camera to examine the digestive tract. Includes colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound.

Molecular and genetic testing can reveal inherited risk factors and help tailor your treatment plan. At Endeavor Health, we offer:
- Tumor sequencing and molecular profiling
- Genetic counseling for patients with family history of cancer
- Pharmacogenomic testing to predict response to certain medications
