Endeavor Health provides a secure and straightforward billing experience across all Endeavor Health locations.

Use this page to learn how billing works in MyEndeavor, understand who receives statements, and see how to grant billing access to a trusted family member.

Your statements & payment options

We send billing statements based on the guarantor. A guarantor is the person responsible for paying the bill.

  • Patients aged 18 and older are generally their own guarantor. If you are 18 or older, you will receive your own individual billing statement that clearly shows the charges for your care.
  • Children under age 18 are linked to a parent or guardian's account. If you are the designated guarantor for one or more children, you will receive one billing statement for yourself and your minor children.

Your statement may separate charges into two categories based on the type of care you received. You may see both types of accounts for the same visit because they cover different parts of your care:

  • Hospital accounts: Include charges related to facility services, such as room charges, nursing care, medications and medical supplies.
  • Professional accounts: Include charges from physicians or other healthcare professionals for their services, such as office visits, consultations and provider expertise.

Hospital outpatient billing

Many of our outpatient offices operate as extensions of our hospitals. As a result, routine services performed at these locations (such as X-rays, lab tests or specialty visits) are billed as hospital outpatient services in accordance with regulatory requirements.

You can pay your Endeavor Health bills securely online or by mail.

If you receive a paper billing statement in the mail, follow the instructions on your printed statement to submit your payment. If you have opted in to paperless billing, you will only receive your billing statements electronically in MyEndeavor.

Pay online through MyEndeavor

If you are the guarantor (the person responsible for the bill), you can invite a trusted adult to be an authorized billing user. This feature is often used when:

  • You want a spouse or partner to help manage your own bills.
  • You are a parent or legal guardian who wants another adult to help manage your minor child's bills (under age 18).
  • You are an adult child (age 18 or older) who wants a parent to help manage your bills.

An authorized billing user can:

  • Make payments and set up payment plans.
  • View billing information, which may include provider names, medical procedures, tests and sensitive health information (such as details regarding mental health, pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases or genetic testing) visible on itemized statements.

Note: Authorized billing users do not have access to the full medical record unless you grant them separate Friends and Family Access.

If you are granting billing access for an adolescent (ages 12–17), please speak with your child and get their permission first. This ensures they understand that an authorized billing user may see sensitive health information on their billing statements.

All patients, including adolescents, have the right to object to their billing information being shared and can request to revoke an authorized billing user's access at any time.

To grant access:

  • Log in to MyEndeavor.
  • Open the main menu, scroll to the Billing section and select Billing.
  • Select View balance details.
  • Select Manage authorized users.
  • Select Add a new authorized user and follow the prompts to send an invitation.

Before you send the invitation, you must agree to our authorized billing user terms of use. After you send the invitation, your selected authorized billing user will receive a text or email notification. They must accept the invitation, including the authorized billing user terms of use, before they can access a patient’s billing information.

To revoke/remove access:

  • Log in to MyEndeavor.
  • Open the main menu, scroll to the Billing section and select Billing.
  • Select View balance details.
  • Select Manage authorized users.
  • Select Remove next to the name of the person whose access you want to stop.

You can quickly view and download a detailed, itemized bill directly through your account. You can also request an end-of-year account payment history that reflects payments received during the prior calendar year (which can be used for your HSA or FSA records).

To view or print an itemized bill:

  • Log in to MyEndeavor.
  • Open the main menu, scroll to the Billing section and select Billing.
  • Select View balance details.
  • Select the Documents tab.
  • Select View itemized bill (PDF) to open and print your statement.

Billing notifications are automatically generated when there is activity on your account, such as new balances, statements or a payment plan installment due date approaching.

You can easily choose how often you receive these alerts by updating your communication preferences.

To update your settings:

  • Log in to MyEndeavor.
  • Open the main menu, scroll to the Settings section and select Communication Preferences.
  • Scroll to the Billing category and use the toggles to turn text messages, emails or phone calls on or off.
