Messaging your care team

The Message Center allows you to ask medical questions, request prescription renewals or contact MyEndeavor Support. Sending messages in MyEndeavor is only for non-urgent concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

To send a message:

• Log in to MyEndeavor.
• Open the main menu, scroll to the Messaging section and select Messages.
• Select Send a message to start a new message and follow the prompts to complete your message.

For non-urgent medical questions, you can expect to receive a response from your care team in 2 to 3 business days. Some messages may take longer to review depending on the complexity of your question. Please note that messages are not reviewed at night or on weekends.

If your care team determines your issue requires a more detailed discussion, they may request that you schedule an in-person or virtual visit, or you may be charged (see details below).

Most responses from your care team are available at no cost. However, if a response requires medical expertise or complex decision-making, your doctor may provide medical advice and your insurance may be billed. Before sending a non-urgent medical question, you will be asked to acknowledge that you may be charged.

• Messages that may be billed: Include reporting a new symptom, asking for a medication adjustment, reporting a flare-up or asking a question that requires extensive chart review.
• Messages that are generally not billed: Include routine medication refill requests, quick status updates or questions that can be easily answered by clinical support staff.
