These groups provide a safe, welcoming space for education, encouragement and understanding, helping you navigate your condition with the power of community.

Our support groups are centered around specific experiences and include:

Who it's for: Individuals managing sleep apnea

What to expect: Gain practical advice and connect with others to improve quality of life through shared experiences and expert insights

Who it's for: Individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers

When/where: Second Tuesday of each month, 11 am-12 pm, Glenbrook Ambulatory Care Center (lower level, conference rooms E and F)

What to expect: Peer support and discussion in a welcoming, drop-in format

Who it's for: Individuals caring for loved ones with memory loss

When/where: Second Thursday of each month, 10-11 am (held virtually)

What to expect: Insights, coping strategies, and fellowship with others facing similar challenges

Who it's for: Stroke survivors, family members, and caregivers

What to expect: Education, discussion, and shared support focused on stroke recovery

When/where: Meets monthly in person at Elmhurst Hospital and Edward Hospital in Naperville

What to expect: Monthly virtual meetings for connection and support

What to expect: Guest speakers, shared experiences, and resource information
