Message from our director

It’s my pleasure to introduce you to the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Swedish Hospital, where I completed my training in 2013. My leadership style is hands-on and transparent — I’m involved year-round, teaching, supervising and working alongside residents in various clinical settings.

Swedish Hospital offers a uniquely supportive environment. You’ll be backed by not only the Medical Education Department but also the entire hospital team. Our community-based model fosters collaboration and the diverse pathology we see ensures you’ll be well-prepared for boards, fellowship or independent practice. We also value flexibility. Your education is our priority, and we actively work to tailor the program to your goals. Our open-door culture helps residents grow personally and professionally. I look forward to meeting you and sharing more about what makes our program special.
