The Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Health Psychology at Endeavor Health offers advanced, hands-on training for psychologists interested in working at the intersection of physical and mental health. Fellows are prepared to integrate psychological care into medical settings, improve patient outcomes and contribute to interdisciplinary teams across the health system.

Our program is sponsored by the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.

About the program

This one-year postdoctoral fellowship is designed for advanced training in clinical health psychology. Fellows gain experience across inpatient and outpatient medical environments and receive mentorship from experienced faculty in behavioral medicine.

Program structure & curriculum

1 year, full-time fellowship with two positions for the 2026–2027 cycle.

Fellows work in a range of interdisciplinary settings providing behavioral interventions to patients with complex medical conditions.

Weekly seminars and structured supervision support professional development and applied skills.

Optional opportunities may be available for program development or clinical quality improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

Applicants must have completed a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology. Strong clinical practicum experience in health psychology is expected.
